New ZealandHave to say your company is amazing, I ordered a filing cabinet to be delivered to my office it arrived on a day when I was in Wellington which was a Tuesday. On Wednesday morning I opened the package to find the unit had beed either dropped or hit while in transit as the carton was damaged. Upon opening the carton I saw the top and sided the cabinet were damaged. I complained to the company and explained it arrived the day before when I was in Wellington and without hesitation the lady on the phone was amazing and said send photos which I did. The problem was the cabinet I had ordered was out of stock and they gave me a couple of alternatives which were perfect for what we wanted and the cabinet was delivered and in perfect condition. A big thank you to not only the company but the lady who I spoke to and regret not getting her name. A great company and an amazing customer experience. Kind regards Keith German
