not satisfied

some wholes where to narrow to join the bolts easily once finished, the seat is slightly pointed to the floor which is uncomfortable to sit on as it gives me the feeling i'll drop forward

Product was shipped promptly with shipping details provided. Product was well packaged however it would be great to use more recyclables as the internal packaging (not plastic). Build instructions were fairly good but would have benefited from the addition of some text, especially with regards to pointing out that the arm rests were right and left specific and also that the back rest needed some force to position on the seat (parts did not simply slide together). Completed chair is as per the advertisement and very comfortable.
