Hi Irina We are so sorry that the delivery took so long to get to you, you are right it should have only taken 6 working days, the time it took to get to you is not acceptable. As discussed there was a breakdown in communication on the suppliers end that your desktop was not in stock and had to be manufactured. We have since spoken with the supplier about this matter and have been assured this will not happen going forward. In terms of the product arriving in parts, the majority of products we sell do require assembly which we do state on each product page, but we would welcome any feedback relating to improvements we could make to the assembly instructions.
