The store is unmanned and open from dawn to dusk, seven days a week, 365 days per year. It’s a self service space where customers let themselves in via coded entry.
Once inside the space, customers have the opportunity to interact with the furniture without the pressure of dealing with salespeople.
The Smart Store is equipped with in-store cameras and a TV monitor so that customers, if they choose, can communicate with Uno Furniture representatives based off-site via video conference call.
