New ZealandOverall experience was great! Customer service was fantastic - the original table I ordered was out of stock so I was contacted and an alternative table was delivered a few days later. The quality of the table is outstanding, it looks great and it is very sturdy. It's great to have 4 memory options. The only minor drawback is the table top doesn't have a smooth finish (e.g. a may need a mouse pad). The only negative feedback is re the instructions. The instructions I received were for a different model, so I need to find the correct model online (still not 100% exactly the same as the parts I had). So the assembly was a combination of 2 instruction manuals and some guesswork. Rather frustrating and time consuming

New ZealandThe stand-up electric table is superb! We wanted it as a replacement for an office table and it fits well with its intended use. We were initially skeptical as it was our first-time patronizing UNO Furniture but they delivered an exceptional customer service. We received regular updates from UNO right from when we ordered the table till when it arrived. Despite the COVID limitations in postage, it arrived in less than 5 days. The table was easily connected and set up and most importantly, it works very well. The table itself is very sturdy and balances well. New ZealandGreat desk, I have to make down for the instructions being wrong that are included, if you want the right ones you need to download from the website, wasted a lot of time looking at incorrect instructions
